First pile for new building Enza Zaden

Last week the first pile was ceremoniously driven for the new building of Enza Zaden Enkhuizen. In this building, the Zandslootgebouw, seeds from all over the world will soon be received, stored, cleaned and processed.

The building, with over 17,000 m² floor space and a height of 12 m, is to house a large part of the seed processing and seed storage departments of Enza Zaden. The Zandslootgebouw is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2016.

AAB is very proud to have been working together with the family enterprise for around 20 years now. This project is a confirmation that AAB is a leading advice and engineering bureau in the sector.
