AAB was contracted by Enza Zaden to oversee the process of changing the zoning plan. To obtain planning permission to build new business premises and taller greenhouses and buildings, the zoning plan needed to be changed for an area of approx. 30 hectares. AAB oversaw the entire process, from identifying preferences and consulting with the authorities up to and including publishing the new zoning plan. This involved intensive negotiations with the local authorities in order to complete the process as quickly as possible.
