Geothermal heat comes from energy that is drawn from the earth’s crust. Temperatures in the planet’s core are extremely high (ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 ˚C). This heat carries over into the earth’s crust through convection. This offers a virtually inexhaustible and therefore sustainable source of energy.
AAB can help you on your path to achieving sustainability. We research the possibilities for making use of geothermal heat. We provide backup during the geological survey and assist in requesting subsidies, applying for the various permits and calculating the energetic possibilities, the technical possibilities for integration, project supervision and overall project management.
AAB has realised a number of geothermal projects:
- Geothermal heating cluster 1 in Koekoekspolder
- Green Well Westland
- Geothermal heating in De Lier
- Geothermal heating in Vierpolders
- Geothermal heating Vogelaer
- Geopower Oudcamp
- Hoogweg Geothermal heating
- Ammerlaan Geothermal heating
- Wayland Energy Bergschenhoek
- Trias Westland
