AAB has been advising Enza Zaden for years on possibilities for developing and expanding its greenhouses. However, Enza Zaden also wanted to realise new business premises of approx. 17,000 m² in size in Enkhuizen, for processing and storing seeds. AAB has overseen this project from the initial draft design to architectural design, permit application and tendering. Under supervision of AAB the construction started in 2015. In 2016 the processing hall is taken into production.
